====Scream Shifter====
**Priority 1**

I'm sure she needs no introduction.  The Furies will be mobilised to engage.  Her likely targets are Parliament and Olympus.  __VERY DANGEROUS. DO NOT APPROACH WITHOUT BACKUP.__

====General Chaos====
**Priority 5**

Can transmute any matter into explosives.  While she presents a clear threat, current intelligence suggests that she is likely to go to ground rather than resume her previous life of crime.

====Stampede====
**Priority 3**

Likes to rob banks by going through the walls, the vault, and any witnesses.  He's big, strong, and stupid, but incredibly hard to stop.

====Anzier====
**Priority 3**

Super strong, and with mechanical wings fused to her body, she is not too much of a threat for now.  However, there is a magical tablet which she is attuned to.  If she retrieves this from the evidence lockers in Olympus, she will gain significantly more power - able to tear apart matter at a whim.  Arrangements are in place to move the tablet to a secure and secret location - these will be handled by Oculus.

====Buzz====
**Priority 2**

Has the ability to control insects, in massive swarms.  He has a significant grudge against the Rothwell Science Park, who he blames for taking the funding from his own projects.

====Ethan McIntyre====
**Priority 5**

A former chef who can excrete poison from her body - tends to go to ground for several months between operations, so not an immediate threat, but care should be taken to monitor any access to public water supplies or large-scale food storage.

====Amok====
**Priority 1**

Has the ability to animate technology into berserk killing machines.  Seems to have no motive other than to cause chaos.  Last seen heading for JeevesCorp HQ.

====Yeti====
**Priority 4**

Has powers over ice, but only in mountainous regions.  His progress is being monitored, and alpine villages are being evacuated as a precaution, but he does not seem to pose an immediate danger.

====Harbinger====
**Priority 3**

Can fly and survive in vacuum.  Their satellite base was destroyed after his capture, so he is not an immediate threat, but if given access to sufficient resources they would be able to arm themselves significantly very soon.

====The Elementals: Tellus & Venti====
**Priority 3**

Former partners of Vulcan and Volturnus, the Elementals were a quartet of SPEAR agents who went rogue, committing a spate of murders over 4 years.  Vulcan and Volturnus were killed in battle against the original Garuda team, while Tellus and Venti managed to limp away and hide until they were captured by SPEAR.  Likely to go after Garuda in order to avenge their former partners.

====Encantado====
**Priority 2**

A shapeshifter with the ability to transform into various aquatic creatures, and to summon storms while at sea.  Presents a significant danger to international shipping.

===== Gladius Called To Arms =====

Gladius have been mobilised to deal with the threat posed by the escaped supervillains.  Phalanx will be providing overall command and control until further notice.  Alecto will lead the Furies, but all other Aegis operatives are to report to Phalanx.

===== Bodies Vanish From Olympus Morgue =====

The following bodies have vanished from the Morgue in Olympus.  Security footage from the morgue does not reveal when they were taken - one day they were there, and without anyone entering the room in the meantime, they were gone the next day:
