Capital City PD have requested help with several recent minor cases.

• The theft of a large number of zebra from the Capital City Zoo
• The robbery of a jewellery store, apparently at gunpoint by 3 individuals dressed as pirates
• A series of muggings near Stargaze plaza, apparently committed by a man with 4 hands (only two arms, 4 hands)

We're keeping up efforts to rehabilitate those who have been given powers against their will, but there are a lot of them who don't have homes to go to.
