No-one quite knows who The Pigeon is, but most folks passing through the central park of Capital City have seen him - some guy sitting on the bench, feeding the pigeons and occasionally talking to them as though they can understand him. At first, he occasionally stopped people as they were walking, raving something about the End of Days coming along. Eventually he stopped, and retired to his pigeons. The other day, one of his usual pigeons - Norman - was carrying a letter in his beak. Reading it, The Pigeon realised he had been summoned to meet with others about the disappearance of a chunk of the moon.
