Lord Luck, popularly believed to have defected, has confirmed his continuing role in Gamasot success and refuted all allegations that he had deserted the company. While the activities of Oversight require clearance to detail in full, we can nevertheless state that he was fulfilling a key role in a project near Lake Geneva. With his return, he has been promoted to Head of Oversight, with Dr Jack Stapleton rising to new Head of Division 8.

After a long investigation, Oversight can finally confirm the culprits behind the missing and returned patients: Avalon/Mia, the agent of a SPEAR-based conspiracy, has been collaborating with trusted executive Martin Falk to conduct medical experiments on ex Hospitals Initiative patients. Both have now been dismissed from the company.
