You will no doubt have heard about the breakout at Tartarus by now. Several spear agents were killed, and a large number of the supers held there have escaped. A contact in SPEAR has been kind enough to inform us of two particular breakouts that may be of interest to us.

Priority 3

Former partners of Vulcan and Volturnus, the Elementals were a quartet of SPEAR agents who went rogue, committing a spate of murders over 4 years. Vulcan and Volturnus were killed in battle against the original Garuda team, while Tellus and Venti managed to limp away and hide until they were captured by SPEAR. Likely to go after Garuda in order to avenge their former partners.

A meeting of the Garuda Leadership, plus former member Batallion, was recently held in Stargaze Plaza, hosted by Gabriel Faulkner of Polaris Industries, in the hopes of easing tensions between the divisions. The meeting turned out to be an ambush by Faulkner, who hired several mercenaries along with the being known as JEEVES 9000 to attack our organisation's leaders while they were off guard. Those thought to have died in the attack include:

• Firebrand, former head of Phoenix Division
• David Blake, CEO of Polaris Industries
• Majorana, Carrion Agent

Other casualties include the mercenaries hired by Faulkner and the law enforcement who arrived to quell the disturbance.

Faulkner's employment at Polaris was immediately terminated, and the Lyres division are on the lookout for any news on his whereabouts and potential plans.

We currently do not have a location, as his Stargaze apartment was destroyed, but the Porter of Stargaze plaza may know more, as he evacuated Faulkner from the scene.

It should also be noted that a little digging into his medical records has uncovered that Faulkner suffers from a severe, potentially fatal, peanut allergy.

Blitz has reappeared and returned to the organisation. The timing coincides almost exactly with the disappearance of the lightning storms that have been plaguing Capital City.

Blitz has returned to her post as head of Phoenix division, although she is currently sharing her role with Esper while she reacclimatises herself with her job after her absence.

Considering the above events, the leadership of Garuda have decided to put aside any differences for a time, although how long this will last is unclear. Facing the threats we do, we need to be unified. Batallion has also temporarily rejoined, and is jointly heading up the Carrion division with Ranger. This is following her helping fight off Faulkner's mercenaries at the Stargaze ambush.
