Two days ago, a SPEAR raid compromised one of our warehouses, where we had most of the weapons that we stole a month ago. Both Ocelot and Lynx managed to escape, but we had a few casualties and at least one of us got arrested. We have a few ID’s on the people behind the raid and we need to strike back soon.

I’m sure you have all heard the sad news that Tigress was arrested a week ago. Now, the files she managed to secure for us are safe and Tigress on’t give them anything, but this is a victory for SPEAR. From what we could discern, a hacker within SPEAR managed to get the info on Tigress that led to her arrest. All we have for now is a name, but I’m sure we can get some more, if we put our resources into it.

As a result of the unfortunate arrest of Tigress and others, we have a few openings for their ranks which need to be filled. If you think you’re the person for the job, speak to Silver Fox at the summits.
Information has come to us revealing the movements of the Executive, Ariel Vance. The unknown source (thought to be one of his political opponents) suggests that Vance's bodyguard, Hielaman, can create wooden shields at less than a moments notice. While this sounds pretty weak, each shield is far tougher than it looks.
The interesting information is this: roughly once a fortnight, Vance heads into the city on foot, on his own, in the middle of the night. He comes back at much the same time the next day. Where he goes in the meantime is a mystery, but I'm sure our source would love it if we got in his way.
There are no more details.
The Master wants everyone to know that they have decided that supporting Marshall Murdoch in the upcoming elections will benefit our cause greatly. Whatever you can do to secure his election will be greatly appreciated.
While Tigress has been captured, the documents obtained by her have been distributed, and are now available to all of you here.
