The Master has called for a committee to determine the future of their leadership in light of recent events. It has become clear that there is severe disagreement, if not discontent among the ranks. Standing by our motto is more important than ever, which is why we must either stand behind the Master, or chose a new one.

The Fifth Chancellor, Ms Felicie Chaput, is openly supportive of the Separatists, and is willing to put her weight behind any bill which distances the Committee from the control of the World Government. Her calls for a Committee controlled army have so far fallen on deaf ears, but she is determined to see a capital capable of fending for itself without relying on external aid.

The Master urges all cells to coordinate their activities to prevent bottlenecks. Furthermore they urge all wild cats to stand down and not engage in any attacks. Political action is more promising now.

Congratulations to Anathema, who managed to unveil and broadcast many of the corruptions of SPEAR and managed to use one of their own Mascots against them.

As most of you should know who the other members at the summits are, reliance on codes is no longer necessary.
