The Lookout Brief
This page tells you what you, as someone involved in The Lookout, need or ought to know beyond public knowledge of this organisation. Please also note that the information available here is not all there is, it is simply what would be known to the ranks available at game start. As you progress in the organisation, more information may become available. Alternatively, you may come across things while investigating.
Whether you decide to share this information with others is up to you. However, the GMs ask that you relay this information in your own words instead of simply showing others the organisation brief, to maintain a sense of IC authenticity.

Bird Bomb
Bird Bomb is the Commander of the Lookout. While he technically reports to Alecto, and holds the rank in SPEAR of Captain, the Lookout is generally treated separately from Aegis and no-one seems to complain about him using the title of Commander. He calls swarms of small birds to his aid, and is responsible for many of Capital City's criminals having a fear of sparrows. He encourages an atmosphere of helping out where you want to help out, generally issuing suggestions and freindly advice rather than orders. He ensures that those under his command are kept aware of any problems which come up, and generally knows who he can convince to take a difficult case.
Location Information
Central
The headquarters of the Lookout, located within Olympus (the SPEAR headquarters), in just about the least desirable office space possible. Central is up several flights of stairs (repairs to the lifts are due “any time now”1)), lacking any windows, and with several maitnainence issues. However, the keen members of the Lookout have made the best of the space, and there are banks of screens, maps, and boards filled with case notes covering the worse of the cracks in the walls.
Recent Events
Missing Persons
Several police forces have asked us to look into a recent increase in the number of missing persons reports they are getting. This seems to be a widespread phenomenon, but Aegis are leaving it to us unless a link is proven between the cases. Chat to me if you want to help out with this. - Bird Bomb

Wander along if you want, it's a little above our normal pay grade, but it should be interesting. Also a good chance to keep up with other contacts, Lei Gong has said he'll be there, and he's helped us out a fair bit in the past. - Bird Bomb
