New to Capital City: an exhibition dedicated to notorious super serial killer, the Doctor. His life, his crimes, and the little known about him. Rare footage and photographs are used by experts to construct his story.
Scene A: Crime scene photograph of an apartment complex. The dead body of the superhero known as 'the Fireman' is shown (blurred for respect). Above, the Doctor's calling card, written in the Fireman's blood: 'SUPERS WILL PAY'. Many speculate this is the serial killer's first outing.
“We still know very little about him, even all these years later. We think he was a Gamasot employee - one of those actually looking to remove powers from supers without any luck. Using his own ability to create fire with almost surgical precision, he spent many years hunting supers - the incident with Hemlock being a particularly notorious one - photographs and testimonies may be found in the next room.
“Why he did what he did, we still don't know. But his grudge against supers, his killer career, brought him up against over two hundred supers big and small. Why did such a powerful super have such a strong grudge against other supers? We may never know. But this strange contradiction and the many speculations about it has kept the Doctor's legacy alive to this very day.
“Now if you'll follow me to the next room, we can see some recordings from his encounters with the so-called Shadow, a super the Doctor fought repeatedly throughout the years…”
