A freak lightning storm, coinciding with an attack by the Heart led by Beta, also coinciding with an explosion in the R&D lab has put our supplier company pretty much out of commission. Their production lines are just about in working order, but their R&D department is totalled. Samuel Marvin was seen exiting the wreckage not long after the explosion.

It's clear that this is going to have dire consequences for our organisation in the future.

The storms first appeared at Polaris Industries, but they have since started showing up all over the city. We're still not sure what's causing them, but we speculate that it was an experiment of some kind gone wrong. They need to be stopped.

The whereabouts of Blitz, current leader of the Phoenix Division, are currently unknown. Any information regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
